Educator Training

Overview:

Our Buddhist Educator Training Program empowers the next generation of Dharma teachers with the skills, resources, and methodologies needed to effectively share Buddhist wisdom in today's world. Drawing on our 15+ years of experience training over 60 teachers in specialized methodologies, we've developed a comprehensive approach that blends traditional teaching techniques with modern communication strategies.

Program Structure:

Our training program includes:

• Monthly 3-hour workshops on Sundays

• E-learning modules on Buddhist teaching methodology

• Skill-building sessions on marketing, communication, and community organizing

• Practical training in using digital tools and AI for Buddhist education

• Quarterly workshops led by global experts in Buddhist education

Participants commit to 4 volunteer hours monthly, supporting our community education initiatives.

• Practical applications of AI for Buddhist communities

• Cross-cultural communication of Dharma principles

Partnerships:

We work closely with Dharmaduta in India, specialists in Buddhist project incubation and training, to design, deliver, and evaluate portions of our training curriculum.
